The Tennessee Vols appear to be looking for some offensive line help in the NCAA transfer portal.

Texas A&M Aggies offensive lineman Remington Strickland tweeted on Friday evening that he received an offer from the Vols this week.

Strickland, who is from Sugarland, TX, was a redshirt sophomore this past season. He has two years of eligibility remaining. Strickland, who is a former three-star recruit, was rated as the No. 27 interior offensive lineman in the 2021 recruiting class. He was offered by UCF in 2020 when Josh Heupel was the program's head coach (and current Vols offensive line coach Glen Elarbee was Heupel's offensive line coach).

The Texas native has played in just nine games over the last three seasons. According to 247Sports, Strickland often worked as Texas A&M's third team center during his time in College Station.

Illinois, Vanderbilt, Boston College, SMU, and Arizona State have also offered Strickland.
