On Monday evening, the Tennessee Vols landed their third transfer of the day when Miami Hurricanes transfer offensive lineman John Campbell announced that he's leaving South Florida for Knoxville.

Campbell, a former three-star recruit from Orlando, FL, picked Tennessee over Florida and Florida State.

Earlier on Monday, the Vols landed Oregon transfer wide receiver Dont'e Thornton and Arizona State defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott.

Campbell is a solid addition for the Vols. He should be the front runner to replace Darnell Wright at right tackle in 2023 (Texas offensive line transfer Andrej Karic will likely play guard and replace Jerome Carvin).

The Florida native allowed five sacks this season, but he only allowed one during his first four seasons at Miami (per 247Sports).

According to Pro Football Focus, Campbell was the second highest graded offensive lineman for the Hurricanes this past season.

Campbell will likely be a downgrade from Wright, but that's not a slight against Tennessee's new addition — Wright was a beast for the Vols and will likely be selected in the first or second round of the 2023 NFL Draft.
