The Nashville native has scored touchdowns in three different ways this season. He's thrown one, he's run a few in, and on Saturday against Missouri, he caught his first touchdown of the season.
Fant made sure his first touchdown reception on the season was memorable, too.
Check out this catch:
I don't think anyone thought Fant would have a passing touchdown and a rushing touchdown this season before his first receiving touchdown (it's doubtful anyone saw the passing touchdown coming).
Fant is a great example of how Vols head coach Josh Heupel and his staff mold their offense to the talent that they have. Fant has been utilized as a fullback numerous times this year (four rushing touchdowns).
And because he's been able to show off his full skillset this season, he might have a future in the NFL (fullbacks aren't glamorous, but some offenses still like to use them).
