Jadyn Hudson, a Top-150 recruit in the 2025 class, and former consensus five star safety has officially narrowed down his recruiting process to just four college football programs.

Hudson was one of the most productive defensive backs in the entire state of California last year snagging six interceptions and returning two for touchdowns. After his second full season as a starter for one of the best high school football programs in California he soared up recruiting boards, sparking one of the most fierce recruiting battles in the country.

Today, according to Hayes Fawcett of On3, Jadyn Hudson has finally gotten his final four together. The battle for Hudson's services is down to Tennessee, UCLA, USC, and Ohio State.

After some positive words on Oregon this spring, many thought he was leaning that direction, but that clearly isn't the case.

Tennessee may be a surprise finalist to some given that the other three programs are all Big Ten or west coast schools with closer geographical ties and more known in-person visits. However, Hudson did confirm this February that the Volunteers had flown across the country to visit him in person. Apparently Tennessee's coaches made a strong impression.

Hudson did just visit Ohio State last weekend, so their leap into his top four may indicate to some that they're in the lead now for his recruitment. Especially given his quote in regards to the Buckeyes:

"They have a great history, competing for national titles…It's a place where you can always go and compete and get the best development."

However, Hudson has already apparently visited with USC four times so far, more than any other school. And Hudson made it clear that he loved how the Trojans used Calen Bullock the last few years.

UCLA seems like a distant fourth at the moment, but they're obviously still a school to keep an eye on.

So, which college football program will land Jadyn Hudson's services? It's still too early to tell, but the sneaky favorite may actually be the Vols. Hudson reportedly visited Tennessee to watch them play Georgia last fall, and despite the final score, still made it clear that he loved what the Vols were doing on the defensive side of the ball.
