Amazingly, a Vols fan posted on VolQuest last December about Stalions (without naming him) performing this "work". And he followed up in January with a post about it as well.
According to the message board post, which you can see below, Michigan had Stalions go to Tennessee's game against Vanderbilt last November to scout the Vols for a potential College Football Playoff matchup.
That matchup never happened because of the Vols' loss to South Carolina the week before the Vanderbilt game. But the person alleged to be Stalions still attended the Tennessee/Vanderbilt game (according to the post, the tickets and lodging had already been paid for).
College football message boards are the like the Wild West. Anything goes. And while plenty of the information of those message boards isn't legit, plenty of it proves to be accurate. Many injuries, suspensions, and other wild nuggets have first been revealed via message board posters.
And apparently we all could've known about Michigan's sign stealing scandal nearly a year ago if we would've just listened to ArniePalmieAlert.
