According to the ESPN broadcast, Iamaleava suffered an "upper body injury" in the first half.
Iamaleava finished the game with 174 passing yards, two passing touchdowns and 22 rushing yards.
At the end of the first half, Iamaleava took a hard hit and he looked a bit shook up.
It looks like Iamaleava's head hit the ground, but it's unclear if that's the source of the quarterback's injury.
Iamaleava also took a hard hit on another play near the end of the half, which was pointed out by the ESPN broadcast as the potential source of the injury.
Iamaleava was replaced in the game by redshirt senior Gaston Moore.
