Tennessee Vols head coach Josh Heupel had the funniest moment of any press conference this season on Friday night after UT's 31-14 win against the Clemson Tigers in the Orange Bowl.
Midway through the post-game press conference, a reporter asked Heupel and QB Joe Milton about QB Hendon Hooker being around the team in Miami despite his torn ACL.
After the question was asked, Milton turned to Heupel to let him answer. That's when Heupel revealed that he totally zoned out while the question was being asked.
"You got it, because I kinda checked out, I'm not gonna lie," said a laughing Heupel to Milton.

It's been a long season and the Vols accomplished a lot in 2022. Heupel was likely just taking a moment to take it all in.
If you're a Tennessee fan, it has to be nice to see a Vols coach that's relaxed and genuine instead of combative and/or fake. It's been a while since Tennessee's had that.
