Less than a year ago, Ole Miss quarterback Matt Corral and Tennessee Vols offensive lineman Cade Mays were SEC rivals.

Now they're teammates.

Corral was drafted in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft by the Carolina Panthers. Mays was then selected in the sixth round by Carolina.

The two new Panthers didn't play together in college, but they've known each other since high school — due to the nature of recruiting (camps, visits, etc).

Corral and Mays were recently part of some "team bonding" with the Panthers, which included a bowling outing.

And Mays is apparently not a great bowler. Corral was featured in a clip posted by the Panthers where he pokes some fun at Mays' bowling abilities.

The former Ole Miss star films himself saying Mays is "the worst at bowling". The clip then shows Mays knocking down one pin before telling Corral "don't post that".

Mays, however, manages to redeem himself by knocking down eight pins on his next roll.

Mays and Corral are both battling for starting jobs with the Panthers. If both players win their respective position battles, it will mean that Mays is blocking for Corral.

The former Rebels quarterback might want to be a little nicer to Mays if he wants time in the pocket to make things happen.
