Cornerback Caleb Farley, the Titans' first-round selection in the 2021 NFL Draft, spoke about his day after practice, telling reporters that he knows he needs to be more consistent, while also acknowledging that he had a "better day" on Thursday.

"I've had bad days, I've had good days, I just try to be more consistent," said Farley on Thursday. "I just need to continue to stack good days, not having a couple of good days and take a step back…I just want to be consistent, keep working and help this team win any way I can."

When asked if Thursday was a better day than yesterday, Farley noted that he didn't want to give himself too much credit before admitting that it was.

"It was a better day for sure," explained Farley. "Better than yesterday. I just have to keep working hard."

Farley may not want to come out and explicitly say it, but let's call Thursday what it was for the Titans' defensive backs — as Ice Cube would say, it was a good day.
