The New England Patriots released their latest injury report of the week on Thursday ahead of their Week 3 matchup against the New York Jets.

Two players were missing from the media-attended portion of practice including Marcus Jones who sustained a shoulder injury in Sunday's game. It appears that the injury could sideline him for a little bit. 

As for the other absense, one offensive lineman who was in attendance on Wednesday was missing a day later.

Marcus Jones' injury seems to be serious as the Patriots added two more cornerbacks to the roster on Thursday. 

New England signed Azizi Hearn and Breon Borders to the practice squad, with both being in attendance that same day. 

As for Sidy Sow, the offensive lineman sustained a concussion in the season opener and missed the Patriots second game against the Miami Dolphins. While he was listed as a limited participant on Wednesday and was seen at practice, he was missing on Thursday.
