The New Orleans Saints will open their season at home against the Tennessee Titans this weekend.

They'll look to start off hot to begin the season. It won't be easy against a gritty Titans team, but the Saints are confident in their squad for this year.

How can you watch Sunday's matchup for the Saints?

  • WHO: Tennessee Titans @ New Orleans Saints
  • WHEN: NOON CST
  • WHERE (on TV): CBS
  • Betting Odds: Saints -3, Over/Under 41.5

Three Storylines to Watch

  • Will Marshon Lattimore play?
    • Lattimore was limited on Monday with his knee injury. It isn't expected to be serious. but his status remains unknown for Sunday. Injury reports on Wednesday and Thursday may tell the story for the star cornerback.
  • How will the running game fare without Alvin Kamara?
    • The Saints could be without Kendre Miller, too. He is recovering from an injury. Newly-signed Jamaal Williams will get the bulk of the carries – regardless. Kamara's absence due to suspension will probably cause at least one practice squad elevation at RB, too. Expect Kirk Merritt to get some reps.
  • Can Derek Carr open up the offense?
    • New Orleans' offense had a clear cap on it last season with Andy Dalton at QB. Can the new gunslinger push the ball downfield more consistently? Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed need a better deep ball thrower, and the veteran can be that. How smooth will it look in Week 1? Only time will tell.
