The 2025 NFL Scouting Combine is set to kick off on Thursday, February 27th in Indianapolis, Indiana. Over 300 of the top 2025 NFL Draft prospects will be hoping to impress the NFL scouts and evaluators who will be on site. That ranges from on-field testing to interviews, and medicals.

From a testing perspective, there are several players who have a chance to really turn some heads. Here are the athletic freaks to know on the offensive side of the football. They have a chance to rise quickly.

QB Riley Leonard (Notre Dame)

While his passing still needs some major work, Leonard is an outstanding athlete. He is expected to run in the 4.5s in the forty-yard dash while being well over 6-3. If you have ever seen Leonard’s basketball highlights, there is a pretty good that he could put up some crazy explosive numbers as well.

RB Omarion Hampton (UNC)

Hampton is a big bruiser but he is expected to test very well. It’s a tremendous running back class this cycle, but not many are projected to be outstanding testers. If Hampton performs the way many suggest, he could solidify himself as the second running back off the board when April comes around.

WR Savion Williams (TCU)

There may not be a more fascinating player in the 2025 class than Williams. He looks like a big-bodied boundary receiver but he moves like a space dynamo. There are even some teams that have Williams graded as a running back despite being nearly 6-4 and 230 pounds. What a unique athlete.

TE Elijah Arroyo (Miami)

Arroyo is one of the big risers in the 2025 class over the last several weeks. He is an extremely easy mover, possessing good overall speed and change of direction skills. You should expect an impressive all-around testing performance from Arroyo this week.

OT Chase Lundt (UConn)

People don’t talk about Lundt nearly enough in this class. Blessed with a long athletic frame, Lundt is an extremely athletic mover. He has an argument for having the best feet of any offensive tackle in this class, as well as tremendous lateral mobility. Lundt could put on a show in Indianapolis.
