  • Double Team Eater: Surprising ability to stack and shed against players and teams with more mass
  • Explosive First Step: Impressive get off for a player aligned along the interior
  • Fluidity: Can see his hip movement and fluid ankles when asked to be a looper on stunts
  • Motor: Constant hand movement and leg drive during his pass rush. Will run down plays from the backside no matter what

Areas of Improvement-Concerns

  • Late Bloomer: Took until his sixth year of college before be he really popped
  • Light Body: Atypical size for an interior defensive lineman

Evaluation:

Fiske is an intriguing prospect given intangibles of high character and relentless motor along with tangible traits like an explosive first step and fluid movement patterns that make him a handful for opposing lineman. Despite being a late bloomer and a tad light for the position, Fiske projects as a late round one, or early round two pick.
