3 Winners from Day 1 of the Senior Bowl:

1. Roman Wilson, WR, Michigan

Roman Wilson was the biggest winner of day one, in my personal opinion. During 1-on-1's, he flat-out embarrassed whichever DB was forced to line up opposite of him. And during 11 on 11's he continued that success and created a ton of separation. NFL teams watching on had to leave practice today impressed with Wilson and his impeccable route running.

2. Cam Hart, CB, Notre Dame

It's hard for CBs to win during 1 on 1's since the drill is made to benefit the WRs. But during day one, Notre Dame's Cam Hart came to play. With multiple talented CBs in his group, he impressed me the most on the day. He made multiple plays on the ball and even had an interception on the day.

3. Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU

Kingsley Suamataia, out of BYU, had an incredible start to his Senior Bowl week. He put his strength on full display by stonewalling multiple defenders. He also had a healthy back-and-forth with projected first-round pick Laiatu Latu, where Suamataia came away winning multiple reps. His best rep on the day, though, came against Michigan's Brandon McGregor, who Suamataia didn't even let gain a yard before putting him into the turf.
