Pros:

Body control
You would be hard pressed to find a wide receiver with better body control working outside the numbers. Ayomanor consistently works the sideline like a professional, and elevates well to attack the football in the air. Him working down the field is something to behold.

Route running
For someone as big as Ayomanor is, you wouldn’t expect him to be so clean in and out of his breaks. There is little waste movement with him gearing down, and he consistently accelerates. Ayomanor is a technician when it comes to the finer points of creating separation.
Spectacular catch ability
If you popped on just the best highlights for Ayomanor, you would be amazed with his combination of body control, hand strength, and ability to win in the air. In those 1-on-1 situations, Ayomanor is one of those players who is never truly covered.

Cons:

Physicality
When you look at Ayomanor, he is incredibly well put together. He looks like your traditional boundary receiver, but he doesn’t always play like it. Ayomanor doesn’t always match physicality, and also struggles at times to win through contract.

Limited long speed
Ayomanor is a bit of a build up speed player, taking a few steps to get to his top gear. He has enough juice to threaten vertically at times, but it won’t be consistently. You won’t see Ayomanor uncover vertically much.

Consistency
There are some games where Ayomanor was the best player on the field, but then there’s others where he’s a little invisible. He also struggles to consistently finish at the catch point, something he will have to excel at on the next level.

Player Evaluation:

The 2025 NFL Draft class lacks at the wide receiver position. It especially lacks impact size, and that’s where Ayomanor comes in. For a bigger body, he’s extremely smooth getting in and out of the breaks.

Ayomanor isn’t consistently physical or dominant, but has the tools to continue to tap into. If developed well, he has a chance to develop into a tremendous No. 2 wide receiver. The highs are incredibly high, but the lows do leave a bit to be desired.

Player Comparison:

Michael Crabtree (retired)

Ayomanor is an interesting boundary wide receiver who excels more with route running and nuance compared to physicality. He’s a dynamic separator for his position, projecting a potentially high volume pass catcher. The team fit will be important.
