The Atlanta Falcons are an organization in a very interesting spot. We have seen some positive moments under head coach Raheem Morris, but whether he is best for the long-term future of the Falcons remains in question. There are some building blocks to be excited about, but whether Atlanta has the right infrastructure in place will need to be constantly monitored.

In the latest 7-round 2026 NFL mock draft, the priority was to put even more offensive playmakers around quarterback Michael Penix Jr.. Figuring out if he is the quarterback of the future is going to be a question that needs to be answered. Putting weapons around him will allow the organization to find that answer. From there, it was about adding impact size on both sides of the football.

While Atlanta doesn’t have much draft capital, the program took advantage of its selections. It’s a small but impressive overall haul for the team.

Round 2, Pick 45: Chris Bell, WR, Louisville

Everyone is starting to find out just how talented Bell is as a wide receiver, having hauled in 44 receptions for 638 yards and six touchdowns on the season already. At over 6-1 and 227 pounds, Bell’s game is pretty reminiscent of AJ Brown. His after catch impact is outstanding for a player his size. Just get the football in Bell’s hands and watch good things happen.

Round 3, Pick 79: Domani Jackson, CB, Alabama

Long, explosive, and talented, Jackson has all the tools to become a valuable player in the secondary on the next level. His physicality and consistency, however, is going to need to take a nice jump. This point in the draft is a solid spot to take a gamble on a really nice athlete who still needs to learn to be an impactful football player on a snap-to-snap basis.

Round 4, Pick 114: Michael Trigg, TE, Baylor

From a pure athleticism perspective, Trigg is one of the very best tight ends in the 2026 class. He is an explosive athlete, extremely long, and has a starter upside if he can be consistent. There are going to be questions for Trigg to answer off the field. If he can, he can surprise some folks on the next level.

Round 6, Pick 195: Tim Keenan III, DT, Alabama

There is nothing flashy about Keenan, but he is a very consistent nose tackle prospect. The impact he has in the run game is where Keenan makes his money. While he is sure to be underrated because of his impact on passing downs, a prospective defensive coordinator will love the floor he provides against the run.

Round 7, Pick 231: Ar’maj Reed-Adams, OG, Texas A&M

The former Kansas standout has been a consistent interior presence for the Aggies over the last two seasons. Reed-Adams is a massive offensive guard, but he doesn’t always play like it. At 6-5 and 325 pounds, he has a solid blend of movement skills and power. That could allow Reed-Adams an opportunity to fight for a roster spot on the next level while he continues to improve.
