The New Orleans Saints did not take it easy on the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday afternoon.

While up 41-17 on a first and goal in the fourth quarter, the Saints looked like they were about to take a knee to end the game with 1:13 on the clock.

Instead, they went for another touchdown, making the final score 48-17.

Falcons head coach Arthur Smith was far from happy with Dennis Allen's decision and unleashed on him over the unnecessary garbage-time touchdown.

It was disrespectful on Allen's part as there was no need to score another touchdown.

It also wasn't right for Smith to lose his temper.

Right or wrong, the important takeaway from this game is that the Falcons end their 2023 regular season 7-10 for the third straight year and are officially out of the playoffs once again under Smith.
