The Atlanta Falcons have moved up from their No. 11 spot in the 2024 NFL following a tragic 25-23 loss to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday.

The Dirty Birds will now pick at 10th overall.

Moving up in the draft is something you never want to intend to do. And the Falcons, who haven't been to the playoffs since the 2016 NFL season, are going to need a miracle to happen if they plan on playing football past December.

Here's the 2024 NFL Draft's updated Top 10 picks after Week 10 (prior to Monday Night Football):

1. Chicago Bears (via CAR)

2. New York Giants

3. Arizona Cardinals

4. New England Patriots

5. Chicago Bears

6. Green Bay Packers

7. Los Angeles Rams

8. Tennessee Titans

9. Denver Broncos

10. Atlanta Falcons

The Falcons' playoff hopes are still (barely) alive even with six losses, however, head coach Arthur Smith is on the hot seat.

And it appears he knows that considering how defeated and emotionless he looked during his post-game presser on Sunday.

If Atlanta doesn't end up making it to the postseason, then we could see Smith get canned at the end of the year. That's something many fans are hoping for after three straight disappointing seasons from Smith and nothing to build off of.

The Falcons are now ranked third in the NFC South and will enter a much-needed bye before they come back to take on the (5-5) New Orleans Saints in Week 12.
