The Atlanta Falcons take on the Detroit Lions this Sunday and could do so with a healthy roster.
Starting cornerback Jeff Okudah made his return to practice as a full participant after being limited last week as he nursed a foot injury.
Running back Cordarrelle Patterson who had been dealing with a lingering thigh injury is off of the injury report and practiced in full.
Starting linebacker Troy Andersen is making his way back from a concussion and was also a full participant.
Check out the Falcons latest injury report from Wednesday below:
| Player | Injury | Wednesday |
|---|---|---|
LB Troy Andersen | Head | FP |
CB Jeff Okudah | Foot | FP |
DE Calais Campbell | Rest | DNP |
KEY: DNP = Did not participate | LP = Limited participation | FP = Full participation | NIR = Not injury related
Injury report observations:
- Andersen remains in concussion protocol and must clear all five steps in order to play on Sunday.
- Calais Campbell took a veteran rest day and should be back working in full tomorrow.
- Patterson participated in full last week but was inactive in Week 2 against the Green Bay Packers. Head coach Arthur Smith gave the run-around for Patterson's absence on Sunday, however, it is a better sign now that he's officially off of the injury report.
Falcons sign ex-Commanders LB Milo Eifler
The Falcons added some LB help ahead of Week 3’s matchup vs. Lions.
