Things aren’t going to get much easier for the Baltimore Ravens for the foreseeable future. Week 3 brings a fresh challenge amid a loaded first six weeks of the season — the Detroit Lions are coming to town. On the list of potential Super Bowl matchups this winter, this pairing is one that should be considered a real possibility. That is, of course, assuming both teams breakthrough their postseason ceilings.

Needless to say, it’s going to be a big one. Here’s how you can watch, stream, or listen to Baltimore’s heavyweight clash with the Detroit Lions in Week 3.

The Ravens and Lions will be the only show in town — with the rest of the NFL having played their Week 3 contests between Thursday and Sunday night. For the Ravens’, it marks the start of a brutal stretch of play between now and the team’s Week 7 bye week. Matchups against AFC playoff contenders in Kansas City and Houston loom on the other side of this contest. Given that both teams are 0-2 to start the season, Baltimore building some momentum and winning throughout this stretch could help them separate from a majority of the pack in the conference.

They will of course still have Buffalo to worry about — but all of this starts with Monday night’s contest against the Lions. Detroit is looking like a monster of their own after undressing the Chicago Bears in Week 2; Dan Campbell’s unit put 52 points on his former offensive coordinator Ben Johnson. The Ravens’ defense should offer much more resistance and Lamar Jackson and company have the chance to offset Aidan Hutchinson’s pass rush ability to avoid a negative game script.

How they execute that will go a long way in determining a winner.
