The Baltimore Ravens are set to have their first AFC North matchup of the season in Week 2, as they will square off with the Cincinnati Bengals at Paycor Stadium.
As was the case in all three of their meetings last season, the Ravens enter their upcoming clash with the Bengals with multiple injury woes. Ronnie Stanley (knee) and Tyler Linderbaum (ankle) have been listed as out for Week 2 due to an injury that they each suffered in Week 1. Ravens defensive backs Marlon Humphrey (foot) and Marcus Williams (pec) will also not feature in the team's first road game of the campaign.
There is a bit of optimism regarding Mark Andrews’ status against Cincinnati. He has been ruled as questionable for the contest due to a quad injury, but as noted by the NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, "the plan is for him to play."

Will Baltimore’s front seven make life difficult for Joe Burrow?
The Ravens were quite assertive in bringing constant pressure against Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud on Sunday. Baltimore tallied 14 blitzes and 14 quarterback pressures in Week 1 — both of which ranked in the top 10 in all of the NFL.
Baltimore’s front seven had its way the last time that it squared off with Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow. The Ravens sacked Burrow four times and pressured him on 20.4 percent of dropbacks in the AFC wild-card round. David Ojabo and the Ravens front seven should enjoy much success in regularly getting to the one-time Pro Bowler this Sunday.
Will the Bengals secondary be able to contain Zay Flowers?
Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers was all over the place in his NFL debut. He recorded 78 receiving yards and nine rushing yards in Baltimore’s win over the Texans.
Flowers also logged 54 of his 78 yards after the catch, which was the highest by any rookie wideout in Week 1. The former Boston College standout is expected to once again be a focal point of the Lamar Jackson-led Ravens offense in Week 2, so the Bengals secondary sure must be on its heels whenever he has the football in the open field.
2 Ravens players to watch in Week 2
Roquan Smith
Roquan Smith added another dimension to Baltimore’s pass rush in Week 1, tallying six blitzes for the first time in his run with the AFC North powerhouse. Ravens defensive coordinator Mike Macdonald should allow for Smith to regularly blitz Burrow in Week 2.
Gus Edwards
With J.K. Dobbins ruled out for the remainder of the season due to a torn Achilles injury, Gus Edwards is now slated to be the go-to running back for Baltimore. He should prove to be instrumental on the ground and in the air against the Bengals.
