The Baltimore Ravens’ 2023 season came to a close at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC title game.

The Ravens entered the contest having won seven out of their last eight games. Baltimore won six such games by at least 10 points. Even with the Ravens riding such high momentum, it was the Chiefs who ended up having the last laugh thanks to a 17-10 win on Sunday.

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh touched base with his team after the game. He shared during his postgame press conference just what he told the squad.

"I was proud of the season that they had," Harbaugh said. "I feel like it was a team that had a lot of challenges."

Harbaugh added that he wants the team to "understand what you did accomplish."

The Ravens did not enter the 2023 season among the heavy favorites to clinch the No. 1 seed in the AFC. They ended up securing both the AFC North title and the No. 1 seed in the AFC for the first time since the 2019 season.

A crucial offseason now awaits the Ravens.
