Tylan Wallace rose to the occasion in the Baltimore Ravens' overtime win over the Los Angeles Rams.

The Ravens called on Wallace to return punts after Devin Duverney suffered a back injury during the contest. The third-year wide receiver ended up returning three punts against the Rams, including one that went the distance for a walk-off 76-yard touchdown.

Duvernay may go on to miss more time due to his back injury. Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said during a press conference on Monday that Duvernay could be sidelined for "more than a week."

If Duvernay ends up missing any games due to his ailment, then Harbaugh plans to call on Wallace to once again be the team’s go-to punt returner.

"I think he's earned it," Harbaugh said on Monday.

Wallace had not returned a single punt in his career prior to the Ravens’ home game against the Rams. He did log a total of four punt returns during his four-season run at Oklahoma State.

The Ravens will hit the road in Week 15 for a clash with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
