Baltimore Ravens safety Kyle Hamilton (14) runs after intercepting a pass in the fourth quarter against the Cleveland Browns at Cleveland Browns Stadium.

Kyle Hamilton was ejected in the third quarter of the Baltimore Ravens’ Week 6 matchup against the Tennessee Titans for a helmet-to-helmet hit on wide receiver Chris Moore.

Titans quarterback Ryan Tannehill targeted Moore for the second time in the contest, and the eighth-year wideout came close to hauling in the pass in the red zone. It was mere seconds later that Hamilton delivered a head-first hit on the veteran wideout to force an incompletion.

Moore was a bit slow to get up after the play, and he touched base with the Titans' medical staff on the field. He managed to make his way over to the locker room, and he is very likely now being evaluated under the NFL's five-step concussion protocol.

Hamilton was issued a game disqualification for the first time in his career. The second-year safety tallied one total tackle during his time on the field.

The Titans ended up taking advantage of the 15-yard penalty, as running back Derrick Henry waltzed into the end zone on the next play to make it a one-score game.

The Ravens are looking to bounce back from their road defeat to the Pittsburgh Steelers, while the Titans are aiming to move away from their current last place standing in the AFC South.
