The Baltimore Ravens aren't known for being an offensive juggernaut. However, things could change in 2023 under new offensive coordinator Todd Monken with the weapons the Ravens have added.

There's no telling when all the parts of the Ravens' offense will gel together. Well, it certainly isn't happening at the moment.

During Friday's practice, some of the Ravens' offensive players got upset due to plays being interrupted by free blitzers. It got to the point that quarterback Lamar Jackson punted the football and threw his helmet down in frustration.

“It’s a work in progress," Monken said on Thursday. "We’re not nearly where we need to be, and we shouldn’t be, because it’s early in camp, but we have a lot of work to do.”

Baltimore is currently without running back J.K. Dobbins because he's on the PUP list, but mainly due to him being unsatisfied with his contract. Wide receiver Rashod Bateman is on the PUP list as well.

It will be hard to completely find a rhythm offensively for the Ravens with guys out, plus it just takes time to learn a new system. However, as a professional athlete, you get paid to perform, no matter the circumstances, so Jackson's frustration is understandable.
