The Baltimore Ravens’ 2023 season did not end as Lamar Jackson had hoped it would.

The Ravens seemed destined to pull off a run to the Super Bowl for the first time since the 2012 season. Baltimore clinched both the No. 1 seed in the AFC and the AFC North title for the first time in four seasons.

The Kansas City Chiefs ultimately put an end to Baltimore’s campaign thanks to a 17-10 win in last month's AFC title game.

While the Ravens had a regular season to remember, the loss to the Chiefs in the AFC title game sure left a sour taste in Jackson’s mouth.

After Jackson was named the winner of the 2023 AP NFL MVP award, the Ravens shared on X a video of the sixth-year passer thanking the fans for their continuous support. Jackson also took some time to make a promise to Ravens fans.

"Go Flock Nation," Jackson said. "We’re gonna be back better than ever, stay tuned."

Jackson also noted that "We all know what we want."

The Ravens sure will enter next season among the serious contenders to win the AFC.
