Tyler Huntley will start out at quarterback in the Baltimore Ravens’ upcoming home matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. With the Ravens having already clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC, head coach John Harbaugh opted to play it safe by ruling out Lamar Jackson from the divisional contest.
Jackson sees that Huntley has what it takes to lead the Ravens to a win over the Steelers.
"I believe 'Snoop' [Tyler Huntley] can get the job done," Jackson said ahead of Week 18. "We have guys who can go out there and ball out. I have all the faith in my team."
Huntley is quite familiar with the Steelers. Three out of his eight career starts in the NFL have come against Pittsburgh, and he has tallied one touchdown pass, three interceptions, and a 60.6 passer rating in such contests.
Huntley is much looking forward to once again squaring off with the Steelers.
"Opportunity to get out there and play some ball and get another win for the Ravens," Huntley said during a press conference on Thursday. "I'm just going to seize the moment and do what I do."
The Ravens and the Steelers last met in Week 5 when Pittsburgh came away with a 17-10 win.
