Dec 11, 2022; Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA; Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey (44) looks on from the sidelines against the Pittsburgh Steelers during the fourth quarter at Acrisure Stadium. Baltimore won 16-14.

Matthew Judon would like to see Baltimore Ravens cornerback Marlon Humphrey take his talents to the New England Patriots.

Judon took to X, formerly known as Twitter, on Saturday to react to a post from X account "@LIVERavensNation," which touched on Humphrey’s future with the Ravens. The Ravens-based page shared a suggestion from USA Today Sports that Humphrey could be a salary cap casualty this year.

Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta has not publicly spoken about the possibility of the team parting ways with Humphrey, and there have been no reports hinting that Baltimore is considering such a move. Still, Judon is open to seeing Humphrey make his way to the Patriots.

"I like this move I think the patriots 44 is open," Judon wrote on X.

Humphrey has three years left on the five-year, $97.5 million extension deal that he signed with the Ravens in 2020. He holds a cap hit of at least $11.750 million in each of the next three seasons.

If the Ravens decide to pull off a stunner and release Humphrey as a post-June 1 designation, they would save $11.750 million in cap space but carry over $11.127 million in dead money for the 2024 campaign.

Humphrey is coming off of an injury-marred 2023 season. He featured in a career-low 10 regular season contests, as he missed time in the campaign due to foot and calf injuries. He was as productive as could be when on the field, allowing a mere one touchdown catch in coverage.
