On the heels of a keen performance on the ground in the Baltimore Ravens' home game against the Indianapolis Colts, Lamar Jackson managed to put together an encore showing in Week 4.
Jackson led the way in the Ravens’ 28-3 road win over the Cleveland Browns. The sixth-year quarterback threw a pair of touchdown passes for the second time this year, and he also rushed for two rushing scores for the second consecutive contest.
Jackson’s second rushing touchdown against Cleveland provided Baltimore with a double-digit lead, and the current AFC North leaders did not look back from there.
Jackson reached quite an impressive feat with his two-touchdown outing in Week 4.
As noted by StatMuse, Jackson moved into a tie with Buffalo Bills passer Josh Allen for the second-most games (six) by a quarterback with multiple rushing touchdowns since 2018. Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts holds the top spot in this leaderboard with nine such games.
Overall, Jackson tallied 27 rushing yards on a 3.0 yards per rush attempt average in Baltimore’s third win of the season.
Jackson and the Ravens are now looking ahead to an AFC North showdown with the Pittsburgh Steelers coming up in Week 5. The Ravens and the Steelers split their regular season series in the 2022 campaign.
