Lamar Jackson tipped his hat to the Baltimore Ravens’ defense on Wednesday, noting that he does not believe that the unit has a single "weakness."
"Not trying to toot our own horn, but I believe our defense has no weakness," Jackson said. "Just from the defensive line, the linebackers, the secondary, how they're flying around and disguising defenses — making it look like one coverage, but it's something else."
Ravens linebacker Patrick Queen was asked about Jackson’s comments regarding Baltimore’s No. 1 ranked defense, and it was music to his ears.
"I definitely agree," Queen said ahead of Week 10. "If we all lock in and do what we're capable of each play, lock in, communicate, play as hard as we can and have the best technique we can, there shouldn't be anybody that should be able to stop us. The only people that can stop us is us.
"As long as we go out there and focus in, focus on one play a time and just dominate, we'll be fine."
Queen has played an instrumental role in helping the Ravens boast the most well-rounded defense in the NFL today. He ranks second on the team in both total tackles (75) and tackles for a loss (seven).
Baltimore’s defense will be in for a test in Week 10 when it meets the Cleveland Browns. The Deshaun Watson-led Browns offense is just coming off of a formidable performance against the Arizona Cardinals in which it notched a 4.6 yards per play average and scored a touchdown on three out of its four trips to the red zone.
