The Baltimore Ravens don’t know who is going to be coaching their football team in 2026. Here’s what we do know: who is doing the grocery shopping in Baltimore. That is still Eric DeCosta, who survived a team transition away from John Harbaugh this offseason and got a strong vote of confidence from team owner Steve Bisciotti.

Baltimore, as always, has plenty of draft capital at their disposal this spring to try to re-load the roster. And they should strongly consider pouring into the defense with their early investments — the Ravens gave up the third-most points in a season in franchise history in 2025. What could things look like if they did? Here’s a fresh three-round 2026 NFL mock draft for the Ravens.

14th overall – LB Sonny Styles, Ohio State Buckeyes

Good luck convincing me that this shouldn’t be the pick when the Ravens come on the clock. That is, of course, assuming that Styles is still on the board. He’s got size, speed, length, tackling, and strong football IQ. Styles would slot next to Roquan Smith to give the Ravens an impact ceiling on the second level while also setting the stage for Styles to be the heir as the star of the show as Smith continues to age and his contract continues to mature. The Ravens, at some point down the road, will appreciate the out in the contact amid what sounds like an upcoming extension for Lamar Jackson.

45th overall – Zion Young, Missouri Tigers

If you want to know what this dude is about, turn on the South Carolina and the Oklahoma games at watch No. 9 rush the passer. Yes, Baltimore has several youngsters in the EDGE room and Mike Green figures to be a long-term piece of the puzzle but more pass rush is sorely needed for the disruption of this front to ramp back up. Young and Green offer a heck of a ceiling to the outside pass rush and Young offers a little more mass and density to reset the line of scrimmage on running downs, too.

80th overall – TE Michael Trigg, Baylor Bears

What’s the deal with Isaiah Likely? Is he…likely…to re-sign in Baltimore? If he’s not, keep an eye on Trigg. This is a prolific flex tight end with great ball skills and hands (see above). Trigg is the perfect kind of player to step into Likely’s shoes. Now that Mark Andrews has a new contract, keeping the cost of the tight end room as a whole economic is going to require some strategy. This is a perfect fit for all parties.
