Marlon Humphrey has been added to the Baltimore Ravens’ injury report for their Week 7 home matchup against the Detroit Lions, the team announced on Saturday.
Humphrey has been listed as questionable for the contest due to an illness.
Humphrey is the second Ravens player to be added to the team’s injury report for Week 7 due to an illness. Ravens cornerback Ronald Darby sat out practice on Thursday with an illness. He did make his return to practice on Friday, and he took part in the entirety of the team’s session on the day. Baltimore ultimately did not hand the veteran defensive back any injury designation for its upcoming clash with the current NFC North leaders.
Humphrey featured in all three of the Ravens’ practice sessions this past week. This all came after he logged three total tackles and played in 82 percent of snaps on defense in Baltimore’s Week 6 road win over the Tennessee Titans.
Humphrey has played in just two games with the Ravens this season. The three-time Pro Bowler underwent foot surgery in August, and he went on to miss the opening four contests of Baltimore’s campaign.
If Humphrey ends up being ruled out against Detroit, then the likes of Darby and Arthur Maulet may be called on to help replace him in the game.
