The Baltimore Ravens have released the second injury report for their upcoming road matchup against the San Francisco 49ers.

Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers was a full participant in practice on Friday. The first-year wideout has been nursing a foot injury sustained during the Ravens’ road win over the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Odell Beckham Jr., who has been dealing with an illness as of late, took part in the entirety of the Ravens' third practice session of the week on Friday.

Marcus Williams is trending in the right direction to play in Week 16. Williams came away from Baltimore’s road game against Jacksonville with a groin injury. Harbaugh noted after the contest that the veteran safety is "going to be kind of day to day probably."

After being limited in practice on Thursday, Williams did not face any limitations in practice on Friday.

Ronnie Stanley featured in practice for the third straight day on Friday. The Ravens have been a bit cautious with the veteran offensive lineman, as he suffered a concussion during the second half of their victory over the Jaguars.
