Odell Beckham Jr. has come close yet so far to reaching the end zone in his first season with the Baltimore Ravens.

Beckham is still without a touchdown catch this season. He entered Baltimore’s road matchup against the Arizona Cardinals having been thrown to a total of five times in the red zone.

Lamar Jackson targeted Beckham in the red zone during the fourth quarter of the Ravens' win against Arizona. While the veteran wideout did not haul in a touchdown on the play, he did manage to draw a pass interference penalty that helped set up Gus Edwards’ third rushing score of the contest.

Even though he drew a crucial penalty on the play, Beckham was not relatively pleased to have once again come away from a red zone possession without having scored a touchdown.

Overall, Beckham did not log a single catch against Arizona, but he did draw three penalties.

Jackson is appreciative of Beckham for having drawn a trio of pivotal penalties against the Cardinals, but at the end of the day, he wants to help him snap his touchdown drought.

“Yes, it was great, but I’m trying to get him a touchdown," Jackson said during his postgame press conference. "It would have been great if it would have been touchdowns instead of [pass interferences], but we appreciate the calls.

"We just have to keep getting after it because we need him to score, and he deserves it."

Beckham has not recorded a touchdown since his receiving score in the first quarter of Super Bowl 56. He was sidelined all of last season after undergoing successful ACL surgery, and as mentioned, he has not caught a pass in the end zone this year.

Beckham has tallied 14 catches for 162 receiving yards in six games played with the Ravens.
