The Baltimore Ravens have won 24 consecutive preseason games going back to 2015. Although the games don't mean anything as it pertains to the regular season, it's still somewhat mind-blowing that the Ravens haven't tasted defeat in the preseason for this long.

One member of the Washington Commanders had something to say about it recently.

Offensive lineman Sam Cosmi, who the Commanders took in the second round in 2021, was asked if the Ravens' preseason win streak enters his mind in any way when thinking about their battle on Monday night from FedEx Field. His answer didn't beat around the bush by any means.

"I think it's a stupid record," Cosmi said last Saturday. "I mean, who gives a s**t about preseason games? If we beat it, great. We're gonna beat it. So, there we go."

Well, that was spicy.

Cosmi has a point in a way. As I said, it doesn't affect anything about the 2023 season or what the outcome for either team will be. However, this type of bulletin board material, small or not, will make for an interesting game on Monday night, especially with roster spots up for grabs.
