The Baltimore Ravens pushed their preseason win streak to 24 games against the Philadelphia Eagles on Saturday. There was a little issue, though.
Backup quarterback, Tyler Huntley, tweaked his hamstring and went into the locker room. However, per Tom Pelissero of NFL Network, it's minor.
Huntley got the start for Lamar Jackson against the Eagles and completed eight of his 11 passes for 88 yards while also adding 13 yards with his legs.
Over the previous two seasons, Huntley has made eight starts in place of Jackson due to injury. The Ravens have gone 3-5 in those games.
Last season, Huntley got the start against the Cincinnati Bengals in the Wild-Card round. His play was solid as he completed 17 of his 29 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns with one interception while also gaining 54 yards on the ground. However, the Bengals won 24-17.
There's no telling how long Huntley will be absent, if at all, but the good thing is that it's not serious.
Ravens win more than just their preseason opener vs Eagles
This is pretty impressive.
