The Baltimore Ravens are as loaded with weapons for quarterback Lamar Jackson as they've ever been, and one of them made his training camp debut on Wednesday.

Wide receiver Rashod Bateman was activated from the PUP list. That was encouraging by itself, but the "Ravens Flock" as they're called flew back to their nest very happy after seeing what he did on the field.

Although he was limited, which was expected, Bateman moved very well in his first set of drills in practice.

Bateman flashed signs that he could be an effective playmaker as a rookie. After missing the first five games with a groin injury, Bateman would put up 515 yards and a touchdown on 46 receptions.

The unfortunate injury bug hit Bateman in 2022 as well. He would suffer multiple foot injuries which led to season-ending surgery last November. However, he averaged 19 yards per reception in the six games he did play in and racked up 285 yards and two touchdowns.

It's clear to see that all Bateman needs to do is stay healthy and he'll make plays. With Odell Beckham Jr., Zay Flowers, and Nelson Agholor on the team now, they'll be a lot more single coverage, and Bateman can use his ability to make plays down the field more.

Bateman's return is one of the best things that's happened to the Ravens this offseason.
