The Baltimore Ravens had a breakout wide receiver last season as a rookie and that was Zay Flowers. He is a player that could take that next step and become a Pro Bowler very soon, he is that good.

But it was the final moments of his rookie season that he wished he could get back and still has him thinking about it.

When Flowers fumbled late against the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Championship, it felt like one of the worst things that could happen at the time.

"Honestly, I still ain't get over it. I still think about it," Flowers said Wednesday, according to Ravens reporter Sarah Ellison. "I know next year we have a chance to get back there and try to make it to the Super Bowl. That's why I am working hard every day and going hard every day to get back to that moment."

As a rookie, Flowers came in and had 858 receiving yards with five touchdowns and one rushing touchdown. Flowers played in 16 games as a rookie in an offense that was run first. Altogether it was a rookie season that would project a pretty high ceiling for a player.

Up until that fumble, things were going great for Flowers. In the biggest game of his life, he had five catches for 115 yards and a touchdown. But it was when he reached over the goal line in the fourth quarter that he fumbled and cost his team a chance to add another touchdown. The Ravens lost that game to the Chiefs by a score of 17-10.

Baltimore lost some pieces within the coaching staff and roster, but the solid base is still there and they made some additions. Prized free agent signee RB Derrick Henry is going to have a bunch of usage within the offense and rookie CB Nate Wiggins may just hit the ground running on the defense.

As long as Lamar Jackson is on the roster, the Ravens are going to be going for it. Flowers is walking into just his second season, so he is going to have plenty of opportunity to help his team get back to the big game and make up for his costly mistake.
