The Chicago Bears desperately needed help for quarterback Justin Fields during this offseason. They had to upgrade their wide receiver room, and they have done exactly that. After adding D.J. Moore in a trade with the Carolina Panthers, they added WR Tyler Scott in the fourth round of the NFL Draft.

They like their depth a lot more than last season after these additions, and Scott is confident about the potential of his new team. Scott made quite the strong statement this week regarding his and the team's ceiling this year.

"As far as the ceiling, I don't really have too much of a ceiling for myself. I just see myself being an impact and having a hand in the stirring pot of a team that's going to compete in the playoffs and, ultimately, for a Super Bowl." — Scott via NFL.com

That's a bit of a playoff guarantee from the rookie. Of course, he wouldn't say anything besides that if asked about the team's upside. The goal is always the postseason – even if it may be an uphill road for the team that had the worst record in the league a season ago.

The Bears are ready for a bounce-back campaign, and Scott could be a breakout player for their offense at wide receiver.
