2026 NFL Combine schedule reveals the stretch that truly matters most for the Buffalo Bills in a defining offseason
Everything you need, all in one place.
It’s the Combine week, ladies and gentlemen. The 2026 NFL Combine will be taking place in Indianapolis this week, and this is where we’re going to get some real intel on what the Bills are thinking in terms of their upcoming draft picks. This is where all the fun begins.
Players will rise and fall, and we’ll get a clearer picture of how the draft board is shaking out. If you’re into mock drafts, our team at A to Z Sports creates them nearly daily, and you can take a look at our most recent mock here.
A lot is going on this week, so we put together this Combine schedule that is built for the Buffalo Bills. There’s plenty for all fans to enjoy, but here’s the stuff that really matters.
Tuesday
The first day of the Combine is one of the most fun days of the entire week. General manager Brandon Beane and new head coach Joe Brady will be speaking to the media ahead of free agency. These interviews can normally be found on the team’s official X account. Beane is slated to speak at 1:30 p.m. ET, while Brady is expected to speak at 1:45 p.m. ET. As always, these are subject to change. With a new head coach and plenty of team needs, all eyes and ears will be on the general manager and new head coach to hear about the direction the Bills will be taking in the coming weeks.
Wednesday
This is the day for edge rushers. Linebackers and interior defensive linemen will also be participating. However, if you’re hoping to get to know some edge rushers or learn if any of them had any formal meetings with the Bills, this is when that’ll happen. The draft is chock full of elite pass rushers, and Buffalo should be in the market for one come draft day or in free agency.
Thursday
Thursday is another day to watch out for, as the Buffalo Bills need some depth at cornerback and there are plenty of question marks about who is going to sit alongside safety Cole Bishop in the backfield. Edge rushers and defensive linemen will get on the field around 8:00 p.m. ET. Safeties and cornerbacks will meet with the media in the morning.
Friday
If the Buffalo Bills decide to move on from tight end Dawson Knox, this could be an under-the-radar day to watch for Bills fans. Tight ends are scheduled to do media interviews in the morning, while quarterbacks and receivers will be doing their media portions and on-field work. Receiver is a big name to watch out for from a skill perspective, as all fans know that Buffalo desperately needs to bring in some help for quarterback Josh Allen. Cornerbacks and safeties will take the field Friday night. This is where the 40-yard dash madness takes place.
Saturday
Another day to watch out for is Saturday, with offensive linemen participating. With question marks surrounding offensive lineman Connor McGovern, who is due for a big payday, Buffalo could look to the draft to fill a major team need. Tackles, guards, and centers will all meet with the media. Then tight ends, receivers, and quarterbacks will do their on-field work. Perhaps this is when a majority of the fan base can get their first look at KC Concepcion, who is widely considered the Bills’ choice.
Sunday
This will be the last day of all the fun, and where the offensive lineman will get on the field for their on-field work. Bills fans will want to pay close attention to these, as we said about McGovern’s uncertainty with the organization. Drafting a replacement won’t be easy, but this is where the team will get some major intel on a few key guys.
