The first couple of waves of free agency have passed and we're still a few weeks away from the 2023 NFL Draft.
In other words, we're right in the thick of the NFL offseason.
And you know what that means — lots of top five lists.
Most top five (or top 10) lists this time of year are the same lists we've seen for the last 15 offseasons.
But every now and then a unique list pops up. And that was the case on Friday.
NFL Network's Kyle Brandt ranked the top five "fittest" coaches in the NFL.
And Buffalo Bills head coach Sean McDermott came in at No. 2 on his list, just behind New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh.
Detroit Lions head coach Dan Campbell came in at No. 3 and Houston Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans came in at No. 4. Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay rounded out the top five.
Unfortunately for McDermott, I don't think "fitness" has anything to do with winning championships. We're not here to body shame Kansas City Chiefs head coach Andy Reid, but it goes without saying that he's not going to win any fitness competitions. And he's arguably the best head coach in the NFL right now.
