The Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins are set to do battle in one of the most exciting NFL games so far this season.
Getting a full bill of health heading into the contest will be paramount, especially on the defensive side of the football, as the Dolphins are looking to remain undefeated while Buffalo is looking to continue their winning ways.
A slew of injuries showed up on the injury report yesterday, and even Sean McDermott had to rush in to check on DB Ja'Marcus Ingram in practice yesterday. However, the fanbase was given a much more positive injury update today.
The team is nearly 100% healthy heading with just a few days left before the contest. However, it appears Jordan Poyer is dealing with some knee soreness and is considered "day to day" by head coach Sean McDermott.
There is plenty of time to get healthy, and Poyer getting some much-needed rest will do wonders on making sure he's a full go for the upcoming contest. We aren't hitting the panic button yet on Poyer, but if Saturday rolls around and he still hasn't practiced, we might be a little nervous.
Poyer and Hyde are a force to be reckoned with in the backfield and having the two superstars on the field at the same time will be huge in trying to stop the high-flying offense that Tua Tagovailoa and the Dolphins deploy.
Sunday can't come soon enough, here's hoping Poyer can bounce back and make an impact on this game.
