The latest update in the Odell Beckham Jr. sweepstakes does not bode well for the Buffalo Bills.

NFL reporter Aaron Wilson reports that the Kansas City Chiefs are emerging as a strong contender for the services of the three-time Pro Bowl wideout.

This news comes after Bills OLB Von Miller declared that OBJ would sign with Buffalo as soon as he is fully recovered from a torn ACL that he suffered in Super Bowl LVI.

Though Bills Mafia could be discouraged by this new development, this does not guarantee much of anything. The Bills remain squarely in the hunt for Beckham, as do the Chiefs.

Beckham’s former team, the Los Angeles Rams, are the ones who should be seriously concerned. OBJ has made it clear that he wants to play for a Super Bowl contender. But, the more we see the Rams play, the less they seem capable of meeting his primary requirement.

Beckham’s interest is one thing, but his impact is a totally different aspect to this saga.

Everyone knows how skilled he is when healthy, but how much of a factor will he be after a devastating knee injury suffered back in the middle of February? That is the multi-million dollar question.
