The Buffalo Bills squeaked out a feisty victory over the Miami Dolphins on Wild Card Weekend.

Josh Allen wasn't his sharpest, but he still dazzled at times. The defense made big plays when it mattered most. The receiving core had one of their best, most balanced games of the season.

With the win, the Bills set some franchise history.

Buffalo have now won four consecutive home playoff games. Pretty impressive. That is the second-longest streak in team history.

They've got a long way to go to catch their franchise record, though.

That'll take some playoff runs for years to come. They'll need five more playoff wins at home in a row to tie the record, and six would break the record.

The history also put Bills head coach Sean McDermott into the record books for the postseason. He is the second head coach in team history to win his first four home playoff games.

For the Bills, they have to build on this victory. They weren't sharp.

The offensive line needs to take a step forward on order for Buffalo to accomplish their goals this year. Today wasn't their best day, and Josh Allen paid the price for it. Regardless, a win is a win in the NFL postseason.

They had to beat a division rival a third time, and that's never an easy task.

It was a historic day for the Bills.
