NFL.com thinks one of the Buffalo Bills' offseason additions will improve in 2023.

And they think that because of his decision to sign with the Bills.

Buffalo signed running back Damien Harris to a one-year deal earlier this offseason.

On Thursday, NFL.com took a look at 12 running backs that switched teams this offseason and whether or not they'll be better or worse in 2023.

Harris is a player that NFL.com thinks will get better in 2023.

From NFL.com: Harris is coming off an injury-riddled season in which he missed six games. If healthy, the 26-year-old projects as a steady complement to James Cook, who flashed talent but remained inconsistent as a rookie. Harris' ability to churn out yards between the tackles and keep the offense in good down and distances will be a welcome addition to a Buffalo offense that struggled in that regard in 2022. Harris should also take some goal-line situations off Josh Allen's plate as a short-yardage player who can burrow over the end line. I still wouldn't be surprised to see the Bills add a shifty option in the draft, but for now, Harris forecasts to see better stats than his forgettable final season in Foxborough.

Harris, a former third-round pick out of Alabama, spent the first four years of his career with the New England Patriots.

His best season came in 2021 when he rushed for 929 yards and 15 touchdowns in 15 games. He also caught 18 passes for 132 yards.

I don't know if Harris will be able to find the end zone 15 times again, but his yardage total could improve in Buffalo.

By the way, former Bills running back Devin Singletary, who signed with the Houston Texans this offseason, is projected by NFL.com to be worse in 2023 than the was in 2022 in Buffalo.

Sounds like the Bills made the right decisions this offseason.
