The Buffalo Bills can breathe a sigh of relief after a significant update on one of its star players ahead of Monday night's game against the Cincinnati Bengals.
Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs missed Thursday’s practice session with an illness. However, the three-time Pro Bowler was back on the field for Friday’s practice, putting him in line to play this week.
Buffalo needs all hands on deck ahead of what most people expect to be a high-scoring affair. Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow has his own arsenal of weapons in Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd.
That being said, if he’s at 100 percent, Diggs will be the best pass catcher on the field come Monday. Quarterback Josh Allen will likely be going shot for shot with Burrow all day long, making Diggs’ availability critical in the Bills’ quest to secure the No. 1 seed in the AFC.
