The Buffalo Bills have had more negative attention than positive over the past few weeks. An abysmal effort on offense paired with the unfortunate injuries that have been plaguing this team has the Bills Mafia in a slump. Not to mention the bitter taste in our mouths over the embarrassing loss to the New England Patriots.

Luckily, the team got some good news ahead of their Thursday Night Football matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccanneers. As is customary, the team released their final injury report heading into the matchup and while there are already a few designations, the team is as close to full health as they can get.

What's more, Ed Oliver had missed the last game against the New England Patriots and it undoubtedly hurt their ability to not only get after the passer but to stop the run. New England gashed the Buffalo Bills defense for arguably their best performance of the season.

While Sean McDermott hasn't ruled Oliver out, he hasn't guaranteed that he will play, either. With each passing day, McDermott has provided almost the same update, they will wait and see how practice goes before making a determination. The Bills head coach did rule out a slew of players, including Dawson Knox who we previously wrote would need surgery and his timetable to return is uncertain.

In the team's latest practice, Oliver didn't look to be limping and seemed in high spirits, an encouraging update for a fanbase that's so thirsty for the team to find their identity after a rough patch over the past three weeks.

Regardless if Oliver goes or not, Josh Allen was healthy, Von Miller has been a full participant and players like Terrel Bernard, Jordan Phillips, and Spencer Brown look ready to go as well.

With injuries to Matt Milano, DaQuan Jones, and Tre'Davious White, having all the help the team can get on both sides of the football is paramount for a team looking to get back to their winning ways.

For today, this is a positive update and that should make everyone happy.
