The Buffalo Bills are gearing up for their home opener against the Las Vegas Raiders. In case you missed it, here's everything you need to watch the game.
With that, the team has already made a roster decision that's taking the Bills Mafia by surprise. Specifically, for the second straight week, it's been reported that S Damar Hamlin will be inactive.
The Buffalo Bills, as Rapoport pointed out, are stacked in the secondary. Jordan Poyer and Micah Hyde lead the way on a dominant backfield with newcomer Taylor Rapp and Cam Lewis filling out the rest of the room. It's likely that there's just too much talent there for Hamlin to see the field.
It's divisive as Hamlin is one of the most electric players in the game, all stemming from his nearly dying on the football field and his remarkable journey to recovery. Hamlin has shined at camp and through the preseason, earning a chance to get some playing time.
It looks like the fanbase will have to wait yet another week to see Hamlin on the field, continuing his inspirational story of recovery and resilience. Selfishly, we were hoping he would be active for the home opener so he could get the ovation he deserves from the home crowd.
Bills’ Ken Dorsey opens up on Josh Allen’s struggles
The Buffalo Bills franchise quarterback played arguably his worst game as a professional. His offensive coordinator, Ken Dorsey, went viral with his statements on Allen.
