The Buffalo Bills have not looked the same over the past few weeks. Inefficiencies on offense have reared their ugly head, paired with the already devastating injuries the defense has faced, things aren't looking good.

As imagined, after their most recent loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in which the offense stalled out once again, not able to put up many points outside of their first drive, people are starting to call for Ken Dorsey's removal.

During their postgame press conferences, both Josh Allen and Sean McDermott opened up on the current state of the team and how they feel about the offense. Allen added a little extra spice as he was irate over a grounding call. For McDermott, he gave his usual responses postgame while clearly seeming agitated over the lack of efficiency from what was believed to be a high-powered offense.

These questions continued the next day with McDermott giving a definitive response on whether or not Ken Dorsey's career is in jeopardy, with all of the issues the team is currently facing on offense.

Speaking plainly, McDermott was asked whether or not the team has thought about moving away from the second-year playcaller Ken Dorsey. McDermott quickly responded, before an awkward silence, with simply, "No."

He continued, "I understand everyone's frustration and we're working hard to make the adjustments we need to make and Ken is doing the same." McDermott finished, "I remain confident in Ken and our offensive staff."

While the Buffalo Bills head coach was definitive in his response, we can only imagine that Dorsey is quietly sitting on the hot seat. The next few weeks are going to be incredibly telling and if Dorsey can't get this offense back on track, don't be surprised if he's out the door sooner rather than later.

The Bills Mafia is rightfully upset as it appears the team is destroying their own Super Bowl window, with a slew of players set to be free agents after this season, Buffalo needs to find a way to right the ship, and quickly.
