Ken Dorsey and Sean McDermott had 10 days to come and gameplan for a Bengals team that had embarrassed them on their home turf in the playoffs, and you'd never know it.
From a late challenge that proved costly as the team lost a timeout, to bad calls from the referees, this game had its fair share of everything. Speaking on more bad than good, Stefon Diggs went viral as he left the field in the first half.
Diggs reportedly went to the locker room and yelled that, "I'm not even sweating. I'm not even f**king sweating." We can't blame Diggs for being upset as in the first half as Josh Allen wasn't able to connect with him early in the contest.
Despite his poor first-half performance, Diggs was able to bounce back with a touchdown and put up a respectful performance with six catches for 86 yards and a touchdown.
The team needs to be better, and Diggs shouldn't have to hold his feelings in. As fans, we are furious, we can't imagine what these players are feeling after another subpar performance from the offense.
Buffalo has one of the hardest strengths of schedule remaining in the NFL, they're going to quickly need to turn things around or we might start having to make even more difficult decisions.
The fans deserve better, just a horrid performance for a team that seems to have lost their identity.
